Damien J. Figueroa has over 20 years of legal experience. Damien graduated with distinction and as a member of Phi Kappa Phi in 1993 from University of Hawaii, Manoa with a BA in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998 from the University Of Oregon School Of Law. Immediately out of law school Damien was appointed as Chief Prosecutor for the Blackfeet Indian Tribe, in MT and subsequently the Chief Prosecutor for the Spokane Tribe of WA, where he served upholding civil and criminal Tribal laws and Federal Major Crimes Act laws in tangent with the BIA, FBI and the US Attorney's offices.
In NJ with a focus on criminal defense, Damien has also worked on a variety of matters in municipal and Superior courts, including collections practice, real estate , Civil Rights and Personal Injury matters. As a contract attorney Damien has been part of numerous law firm's teams on a variety of defense and plaintiff's class actions in medical/medical malpractice and numerous Sherman Antitrust Act matters. Damien is licensed to practice law in all Municipal courts in the state of New Jersey, the Superior court of New Jersey and in the Federal Court for the District of New Jersey.
